Its ‘American Idol’s’ last performance show before the finale, and the Final 3 took on 3 songs each and got a hero’s welcome during their hometown visits. Joshua Ledet sang his best performance was hands down of Etta James ‘I’d Rather Be Blind’ and Jessica Sanchez Aerosmith’s “I Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing”. Steven Tyler gave her tribute a standing ovation. Phillip Phillips got plenty of love from the ladies in the audience for his rendition of ‘Beggin’ but the judges didn’t think it was so hot.
